About the Position
We are seeking a PM with a solid technical background to steer cross-functional software squads, maintaining high sprint velocity and clear client alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day agile operations (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming)
- Serve as primary liaison between AppSpring development teams and North American client teams
- Coordinate scope definitions, project timelines, and deliver budget review tracking weekly
- Identify and resolve project risks, dependency blockages, and operational bottlenecks early
- Foster high performance, psychological safety, and accountability within engineering squads

Requirements & Technical Skills
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects in B2B or tech environments




- Expert knowledge of Scrum methodologies, agile tools (Jira, ClickUp), and estimation techniques
- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience managing stakeholders directly in English
- Technical background (software engineering degree or extensive technical PM experience) is highly preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
