Our 120-person creative and operations team produces thousands of social and TV campaigns weekly for top lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a integral network of influencers, we’re scaling fast—and we need a Controller / Accountant to ensure our financial engine runs flawlessly as we grow 10x in 2025.

From managing budgets and cash flow to ensuring compliance and financial reporting, you’ll provide the financial clarity that allows High Scale to innovate without risk.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage Accounting Operations




- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Create, monitor, and analyze budgets across multiple departments and projects.
- Provide actionable insights and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Track KPIs, profitability, and campaign-level financial performance.

3. Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
- Prepare for audits and liaise with external accountants as needed.
- Implement internal controls and ensure proper documentation across financial processes.

4. Partner with Leadership
- Provide financial guidance to executives, department heads, and project manager
