Job Description

As aSenior Production Support Data Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical data platforms and production environments. This is a long-term L2/L3 support role requiring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve, and prevent data-related incidents in cloud-based environments.



You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of data systems running on AWS.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents across data platforms and AWS services.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability and reliability.
- Support and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance in production environments.
- Investigate data quality, pipeline, and integration issues while ensuring timely resolution of business-critical incidents.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to coordinate issue resolution and production releases.
