Were looking for a Quality Control Implementation Associate to support the onboarding and implementation process for new clients. In this role, youll work closely with implementation teams to ensure client data, system setup, documentation, and communications are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in operations, implementation, client onboarding, and process coordination.
What Youll Do
- Client Onboarding & Implementation Support
- Prepare for new client welcome calls
- Review client information and onboarding documentation
- Create and update Welcome Call presentations
- Review and clean employee import files
- Support client system setup and configuration
- Coordinate onboarding activities across teams
- Project Coordination




- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Participate in new client implementation calls
- Monitor onboarding progress and task completion
- Ensure implementation activities remain on track
- Quality Control & Documentation
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Update and manage client tasks within internal systems
- Pull reports and provide implementation support
- Prepare and distribute transition and onboarding communications
- Maintain accurate records throughout the implementation process

What Were Looking For
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and system data
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in: C
