Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Support Coordinator to support daily transportation operations by monitoring shipments, maintaining communication with drivers, and ensuring accurate load tracking. This role is responsible for keeping shipment information up to date, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely updates to customers while ensuring efficient dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and trace shipments through phone, email, and text messaging.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor shipment progress and resolve issues.
- Update load statuses, arrival and departure times, and location information in internal systems.




- Monitor daily dispatch boards and prioritize loads based on operational needs.
- Verify incoming emails and identify issues requiring immediate attention.
- Maintain accurate call logs and document all shipment-related interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to adjust load assignments, route changes, and truck swaps when necessary.
- Notify shippers and consignees of shipment delays or appointment changes.
- Participate in team meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or a related operations role.
- English level: B2+ or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
