In the position of Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, focusing on onboarding new partners and fostering growth by providing support to existing retailers through direct sales and field visits.

What you'll do
- Achieve monthly sales targets, activate stores, and control delinquency rates effectively.
- Develop and nurture strong commercial relationships with both retailers and distributors to maximize business potential.
- Implement a structured field visit schedule to deliver training, distribute marketing materials, and initiate incentive programs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of local market dynamics and competitor strategies to uncover new business opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new commercial partners to expand the network.
