Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for developing, sustaining, and optimizing manufacturing processes that support aerospace production. In this role, you will provide technical and people leadership while driving operational excellence, manufacturing innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to implement advanced manufacturing solutions that improve productivity, quality, and business performance. This is a people leadership position.

This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop a Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for sustaining, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes across multiple product lines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives and customer requirements.
