Accounting Quality Specialist
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately in the general ledger to ensure compliance with accounting standards and reliable financial reporting.




- Perform regular account reconciliations and manage audit-ready documentation related to financial controls and compliance processes.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, supporting remediation plans and mitigating financial risks.
- Provide documentation and support required for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Prepare and validate accounting entries in the financial system, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and strengthen accounting quality within the US GAAP framework.
- Maintain updated procedures and documentation in line with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes or accounting
