Overview

The Head of Art Serves as the senior steward of the relationship and the brand. Owns creative strategy, enterprise and segment alignment, and creative quality across ECS-created marketing assets, ensuring work is on brand, channel appropriate, and aligned to business priorities (content produced according to a centralized content strategy, governance, and workflow).

Leads creative teams and partners closely with Account leadership to translate briefs into clear creative direction and exceptional outcomes.



Accountable for integrated execution across channels and disciplines, from concept through release, while maintaining consistency, innovation, and impact.

Partners with the team to advance enterprise initiatives and guide work through key approval and governance forums. Leads and develops creative leadership and teams, drives creative excellence, and ensures disciplined delivery, performance, and compliance.

The Head of Art is passionate about developing creative concepts represented by visually stunning designs and storytelling that create exceptional brand experiences.
