Epic Willow Inpatient & Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary





We are seeking an experiencedEpic Willow Inpatient & Ambulatory Analystto join our healthcare IT team. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory modules. The role involves working closely with pharmacy, clinical, and technical teams to enhance medication management workflows and ensure the successful delivery of Epic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory applications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, clinicians, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Willow enhancements and system changes.
- Support medication ordering, verification, dispensing, medication administration, and pharmacy workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
- Participate in Epic implement
