We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help drive headcount growth and talent strategy. In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with executives and organizational leaders to own key technical hires that move the needle for the business.



You’ll work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.

You Will:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Data, Security) from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to engineering and product leaders, consulting on headcount planning, leveling frameworks, and talent strategy.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, and creative outreach strategies.
- Drive diverse candidate pipelines to make Finix an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve recruiting efficiency and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality.
