SCOPE OF THE JOB

As Commercial Director, you will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving growth across both traditional and digital channels. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, owning performance, enabling teams, and accelerating transformation across the sales organization. You will play a key role in integrating digital into the commercial model, while delivering sustainable revenue growth and building a high-performing, future-ready organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES




- Define and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives to accelerate growth
- Lead the commercial organization across direct selling and digital channels
- Identify new business opportunities, including expansion, new channels, and growth initiatives
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, recruiting, training, performance management, and execution
- Develop and manage the annual commercial calendar, including campaigns, incentives, recognition programs, and key initiatives
- Monitor commercial performance through KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure strong alignment across Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams
- Lead the transition and integration between traditional sales models and digital selling capabilities
