Senior Product Leader – Core HCM

Are you passionate about building innovative HR technology solutions that impact a global workforce? We're looking for a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and evolution of our Core HCM platform.

Location (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
- Medellín, Colombia

What you'll do:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Core HCM platform.
- Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and HRIS teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage product backlogs, features, and epics using Agile methodologies.
- Prioritize initiatives while collaborating with integral stakeholders across multiple time zones.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience,



ideally within HCM or HR Technology.
- Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms.
- Strong Agile experience, including backlog and business requirement management.
- Experience working with UX/Design teams.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR SaaS solutions.
- HR or HRIS background.
- Working knowledge of Azure.
- Experience in high-volume or BPO environments is a plus.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools.
- Advanced English.
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
