What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Build modern backend services, REST APIs, and cloud‑native applications.




- Develop modern web applications using React and JavaScript technologies.
- Define software architecture and technical solutions for enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality software.
- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in technical decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Power Platform solutions when required.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience developing backend applications using Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Strong frontend experience with React.js.
- Experience building REST APIs.
