What you’ll do
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and related hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, providing timely support to users and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new IT solutions that align with organizational goals and user requirements.
- Monitor system performance and security,



implementing necessary updates and patches to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Respond to user requests for new systems, evaluating their needs and determining the appropriate specifications and resources required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
- Provide training and support to users on new technologies and systems, enhancing their ability to utilize IT resources effectively.
- Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
