We are seeking an executive-level consultant and trainer with a proven and unquestionable track record as a Full Stack Architect, Principal Full Stack Engineer, or Software Delivery Lead in global, high-speed, or large-scale environments. The candidate must possess strong expertise in designingend-to-end solutions, with mastery of seamless integration between modern front-end architectures, robust back-end ecosystems, data persistence, and cloud deployments. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for teaching to convey cutting-edge methodologies, guide critical technical decisions, and empower senior engineers to master a holistic view of complex systems.

Required Experience
- Senior Technical Background: Over 10 years of professional experience in software development and engineering, with at least 5 years leading end-to-end integrated architectures as a Full Stack Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
- Proficiency in Backend Ecosystems & APIs:



Proven expertise in designing and building resilient services and microservices using modern environments (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, or Go), with expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Modern Frontend Architecture: Proven track record of leading complex frontend solutions using modern frameworks and libraries (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js), applying UI/UX design patterns, micro-frontends, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), global state management, and hybrid rendering (SSR/SSG).
- Databases, Persistence, and the Cloud: Advanced experience in modeling and integrating relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB), as well as deploying cloud-native infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
