Ideal Professional Profile

We are seeking an executive-level consultant and trainer with a proven and unquestionable track record as a QA Architect, Test Automation Lead, or Principal Quality Engineer in general, high-performance, or enterprise-scale environments. The candidate must possess strong expertise in designing advanced testing strategies, scalable automation architectures, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to the quality assurance lifecycle. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for teaching to convey cutting-edge methodologies, guide critical technical decisions, and transform QA professionals into strategic quality architects focused on technological innovation

Required Experience
- Senior Technical Background: More than 10 to 12 years of professional experience in the information technology sector, with at least 6 years leading teams, test architectures, and advanced automation projects as a QA Architect, Automation Lead, or Principal QA Engineer.




- Proficiency in Core Frameworks and Tools: Proven expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs using modern tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, k6/JMeter) in languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- AI-Driven Testing: A demonstrable track record in implementing Artificial Intelligence techniques to optimize testing (e.g., automatic test case generation using generative AI/LLMs, synthetic testing, self-healing tests, computer vision-driven visual testing such as Applitools, and regression suite optimization).
- Strategy, CI/CD, and TestOps: Experience with the continuous integration of automated test suites into DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab), quality observability, test data management (TDM), and enterprise-wide TestOps culture.
