Head of Corporate Banking Colombia
The Head of Corporate Banking Colombia is a senior management-level position responsible for the strategic direction of the Corporate Banking business. The role encompasses people management, strategic client management, liaison with other areas of the bank to ensure superior client service, solution development and implementation, and ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, compliance, risk and other policy standards.
Job Background/context:
Working in close partnership with the Investment Bank, and product partners across Services and Markets, the Corporate Banking Head of Colombia manages a team who provides complex global banking services to clients in the region and supports their requirements across the Citi network. The CB Head will have overall responsibility for client strategy across the region providing effective leadership in a complex matrix organization to achieve revenue and expense goals,



support the Relationship Management team in broader client coverage based on strong industry and regional knowledge to deliver the best of Citi to our regional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of the client relationship team which helps provide a wide range of treasury and corporate finance solutions to our clients, including cash management, trade, vendor finance, FX, general credit, loans, debt capital markets, share repurchase, and interest rate and equity derivatives
Partner with Investment Banking to drive and execute episodic transactions and with key stakeholders, including Risk and Institutional Credit Management (ICM)to allocate capital prudently and in adherence with risk policies
Work in partnership with Colombia product heads under the Cluster and Banking Head leadership, as well as General product partners and Industry Heads
Establish and meet revenue goals and other goals related to budget, risk management, and credit allocation in partnership with ICM and Risk
