Job Description
Your role:As a LabVantage LIMS Application Technical Lead, you will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable laboratory informatics solutions while guiding and mentoring technical teams. In this role you will play a key role in:
Leading the architecture, design, development, and implementation of LabVantage LIMS solutions (Version 8 and above), ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirementsDesigning and developing Java-based customizations and extensions,



REST and SOAP web services, and Jasper Reports to meet complex laboratory and business reporting requirementsDeveloping, optimizing, and maintaining medium to complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrityProviding technical leadership across project planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support cycles, including code reviews, mentoring of development teams, and resolution of complex production issuesCollaborating with laboratory users, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate laboratory workflows and business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutionsYour profileWe are looking for a technically strong and collaborative leader with deep LabVantage expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality laboratory informatics solutions.
