The Opportunity
This role is based in Colombia and is part of the Business Technology Services (BTS) International IT organization.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic Payroll and HR technology initiatives across Latin America. This position will manage the planning, execution, and implementation of complex projects focused on payroll transformation, compliance, and operational improvement, partnering with general, regional, and local stakeholders.
The role requires close collaboration with IT, HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
