YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IMPACT
- Own case progression— Manage active cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring every stage moves forward efficiently.
- Drive case organization — Prepare, organize, and maintain critical legal documents with precision.
- Coordinate client communication— Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering essential case information.
- Keep documentation moving — Collect, track, and organize all records needed for smooth case processing. Manage legal workflows — Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, filings, and internal case milestones.
- Support legal teams — Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure cases stay on track.

YOU’RE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE
- Full professional fluency in English AND Spanish — written and verbal, no exceptions.




- Strong experience in legal case management or legal operations.
- Deep understanding of legal procedures and case workflows.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and client coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
- The discipline to thrive independently in a fully remote environment.
- Bonus: familiarity with U.S. legal procedures and legal case documentation standards.
