Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Technology Finance in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Manage month-end and quarter-end reporting deliverables for Integral Technology Enterprise Platforms and International Banking
Manage annual planning, monthly forecasting activity including variance analysis.




Prepare monthly headcount report and analysis on the data for monthly / quarterly reporting (tracking of new hires, attrition, vacancies, conversions etc.)
Prepare analysis, financial modelling allowing technology stakeholders make informed investment and prioritization decision.
Supports the development of Finance reports as requested, endeavor to improve financial information.
Supports in information gathering process and analysis for strategic and tactical projects requested by senior management.
Drive continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes through automation, data quality enhancements, and development of management reporting solutions.
Act as a key liaison between Finance, HR, Technology, and operational teams to ensure alignment of staffing, forecasting, and financial management activities.
