Job Title: Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Personal Injury)
- On site (Barranquilla OR Bucaramanga)
- Monday to FRiday - 9am to 5pm EST

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases (motor vehicle accidents and premises liability) from intake through pre-suit resolution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Request, track, and review medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case-related materials.
- Monitor case progress, treatment compliance, and deadlines using Filevine and other legal technology tools.
- Coordinate property damage claims and client appointments.
- Assist in preparing demand packages and supporting documentation for attorney review.
- Maintain accurate case files and provide regular updates to attorneys and supervisors.

Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management, legal assistant, or paralegal roles.
- Knowledge of medical records, insurance claims, property damage, and demand preparation.
- Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with legal and office software; Filevine experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish must. (C1)

Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of personal injury case management experience.
- Familiarity with Florida PI claims, including PIP, BI, UM/UIM, and property damage processes.
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education is an advantage.
