As a Fundamentals Operations Associate, you are the operational backbone of a high-velocity data platform used by credit professionals worldwide. You keep things moving - resolving user queries, supporting financial analysts, maintaining data quality and ensuring our coverage universe stays accurate and current. You bring rigour to every task and a constant eye for where we can do things better.

Responsibilities
- Monitor data alerts and retrieve financial documents - ensuring analysts have accurate, up-to-date information to update financial models without having to chase it
- Identify and validate the correct financial documents for company models - ensuring files match the relevant entity, period and filing type, and that document access aligns with internal compliance requirements
- Investigate and resolve user requests related to model update queries - assessing whether a gap is genuine, explainable or external an
