Job Description
Your role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Manufacturing Project & Change Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and organizational change management of digital manufacturing initiatives across global manufacturing sites. You will drive the successful delivery of MES, LIMS, Veeva, Integration, Warehouse, Transportation, and broader Digital Transformation programs while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, business adoption, risk management, and value realization.
In this role you will play a key role in:





Leading end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects, developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps while tracking milestones to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality targets
Developing and executing change management strategies, conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations, managing resistance, and measuring adoption to ensure successful transitions to new processes and systems
Partnering with business leaders, plant teams, quality, operations, and IT stakeholders to facilitate steering committee meetings, align project objectives with business priorities, and ensure strong communication across global teams and vendors
Establishing project governance frameworks, monitoring risks and mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with change control and validation processes, and supporting audit readiness and documentation requirements
