We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative / Telemarketer to join our team and support our growth by reaching out to potential customers through phone calls. This role is focused on cold calling, qualifying leads, handling objections, and setting appointments or making sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
- Engage prospects through cold calling to introduce offers, qualify interest, and identify needs.
- Qualify leads by asking structured questions and confirming fit, intent, and readiness.
- Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward next steps.
- Set appointments for sales representatives or close sales directly, depending on the campaign.
- Accurately update call outcomes, lead status, and notes in the CRM after each interaction.
- Follow call scripts and workflows while adapting naturally to each conversation.




- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls, conversations, appointments, or sales).
- Collaborate with team members to improve scripts, messaging, and overall results.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center roles.
- Confidence and clarity when speaking with prospects over the phone.
- Strong ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining motivation and consistency.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics.
- Ability to stay organized and accurately track lead activity and follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and communication tools.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes and instructions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
