CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT BECKETT SIMONON

Beckett Simonon is a men's footwear e-commerce company serving the US market. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our office in Bogotá, Colombia. We strive to deliver an extraordinary online shopping experience and stellar service. Your goal will be to WOW customers daily with kindness and a caring attitude. We are a fast-growing company, and you will work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders as well as with an experienced team in the lifestyle, fashion, and retail industries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop creative strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and returns.
- You can learn about customer insights and share them with the rest of the team.

WHO YOU ARE:
- A person with customer service experience (more than one year).
- Eager to work in a fast-growing lifestyle company.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and extremely organized.
- Analytical with the ability to make autonomous decisions.




- Adaptability and willingness to change according to the needs of operations or the team.
- Patient, creative, and positive (entrepreneurial mindset).
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) with exceptional writing skills.

OTHER DETAILS:
- For the time being, we are working from home a couple of days a week, so a good internet connection and a comfortable home office are a must.
- A performance bonus, life insurance, and wellness bonus are included.
- 9 AM - 5:30 PM. Monday to Friday
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Contrato a término indefinido.
