- What you will be doing:
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of TPA setup, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and optimize cash flow.

This is a temporary position requiring an individual who can quickly contribute, take ownership of assigned responsibilities,



and collaborate effectively across Finance Operations.
- Required Skills & Experience- 5 - 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or a related financial operations role.- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and financial reconciliation processes.- Experience managing complex financial transactions and client billing portfolios.- Experience supporting Third-Party Administrator (TPA) billing operations. (nice to have)- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reconciliation techniques.- Ability to interpret reports and dashboards using Power BI.- Experience working with enterprise financial systems and ERP platforms.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.- Strong wr
