Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
- Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
- Build and manage relationships
- Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
- Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
- Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
- Assist in customer problem resolution
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related business careers.
- Around 3 years of experience in similar positions (automotive industry,



marketing, sales, retail)
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, desirable IA tools
- Have an active driver's license.
- Hybrid position
- Availability to make local trips.
