This is a blended role:
- ~50% sourcing support across global searches
- ~30-50% interview scheduling and recruiting coordination

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing (Approx. 50%)
- Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and timelines
- Track sourcing metrics

Recruiting Coordination (Approx. 30-50%)
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Maintain interview tracking and documentation
- Support offer logistics and administrative follow-through

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent operations experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience scheduling across integral time zones




- Comfortable in high-volume environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work within global business hours as needed
