ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST- Purpose of the Role- We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of invoices and expenses, and compliance with company policies and reporting deadlines.- Key Responsibilities- Process and record employee expenses and supplier invoices.
- Manage accounts payable activities and related accounting entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and maintain accounting documentation and records.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of expenses, accruals, and provisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure all accounting activities are completed in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
- Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in multinational or shared service environments.
- Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and bank reconciliations.
