Business Development Representative (Remote - Bogotá, Colombia)

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing U.S. education staffing company that partners with schools and educational institutions nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative located in Bogotá, Colombia to help expand our client partnerships across the United States.

Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting outreach to educational organizations, and developing long-term client relationships. This position is fully remote and requires working directly with U.S.based schools and educational leaders.

Monday-Friday

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. education sector.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients.
- Present staffing solutions and communicate the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school districts, charter schools,



and educational organizations.
- Manage sales pipelines and opportunities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to align staffing solutions with client needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, recruitment sales, or account management.
- Experience supporting or selling to U.S.based customers.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet performance and revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within education, staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions industries.
- CRM experience such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
