We're looking for our an experienced business-to-business (B2B) Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help our client companies scale.

This position is only responsible for setting up qualified appointments, not closing sales.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $3,750,000 COP monthly (salario básico + auxilio) + a $175,000 COP bonus for every attended appointment. There is no cap on bonuses.:
- Transportation Allowance: $249,095 COP
- Contract: Indefinite
- Benefits: Full legal benefits (Social security, pension, ARL)
- Location: Premium Office in Milla de Oro (El Poblado)
- Work Model: two days work from home, 3 days in office. Fully remote an option after probation period and targets are met

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Your Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture your leads and follow up with them.

What are we looking for?
- English: You are fluent in English C1 level. You must be able to talk naturally with business owners and executives. Please note,



scoring C1 on the reading/writing portion of an EFSET exam is not enough. You must be able to listen and speak English at a C1 level.
- Education: University degree in (business or technical) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience: You have at least 3+ years of cold calling experience
- Attitude: You are willing to learn and you refuse to lose
- Plus: We highly value experience selling services to businesses in these industries: Technology, Law firms, Logistics, Human Resources, Medical/Dental offices, or Insurance
