We are looking for a reliable, organized, and client-focused Intake Specialist to join our legal team. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for speaking with potential clients, gathering important information, determining their needs, and ensuring that qualified leads are properly documented and moved through the intake process.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake calls and gather accurate client and case information.
- Ask appropriate questions to understand the potential client's legal needs.
- Document client information, notes, and case details accurately in the firm's system.
- Schedule consultations or appointments when appropriate.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with potential clients.




- Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in legal intake, client intake, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- Professional, friendly, and empathetic communication style.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
