The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Legal Assistant to become an important member of our legal production team.

This is a fully remote position requiring someone who is organized, intelligent, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility for moving legal matters forward.

This is not simply an administrative position.

The Legal Assistant will work closely with the Firm's attorneys and other members of the legal team on probate, estate planning, and litigation matters. The person in this position will assist with preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, coordinating important deadlines and events, maintaining organized case files, and ensuring that matters continue progressing without unnecessary delays.
