About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Graphic Designer & Landing Page Developer to create high-performing marketing creatives and conversion-focused landing pages that drive measurable business results.
This is more than a traditional design role. You’ll own both the creative and technical execution of marketing campaigns by designing digital assets, building responsive landing pages, and continuously optimizing user experiences to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
If you enjoy combining creativity with performance marketing, understand user behavior, and can independently launch polished landing pages, this role is an excellent fit.
What You’ll OwnCreative Design
Design high-converting marketing assets, including:
Paid ad creatives
Social media graphics
Display banners
Email graphics
Promotional visuals
Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns.
Translate campaign messaging into compelling,



performance-focused creative.
Support marketing initiatives with engaging visual content.
Landing Page Design & Development
Design modern, responsive landing pages.
Build and launch pages using:
Webflow
Framer
Similar no-code/low-code platforms
Optimize pages for:
Desktop
Tablet
Mobile
Independently manage projects from design through production.
UX/UI & Conversion Optimization
Improve layouts, user flows, and page structure to increase conversions.
Apply UX/UI best practices across:
Landing pages
Forms
Calls-to-action
Visual hierarchy
Support A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Continuously improve pages based on user behavior and campaign performance.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
Partner closely with:
Marketing teams
Copywriters
Leadership
Campaign stakeholders
Execute creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
