About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support lead generation and client relationship management for a growing logistics company. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys sales outreach and pipeline management, but is equally comfortable with administrative follow-through — our sales process involves a longer cycle with detailed coordination, so strong organizational habits are just as important as sales instinct.



Prior logistics knowledge is a plus, but not required — we're prioritizing the right mix of drive, organization, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.
Maintain and update the CRM consistently and accurately — tracking leads, follow-ups, and pipeline stages.
Manage a long, multi-touch sales cycle, ensuring no lead or opportunity falls through the cracks.
Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and existing clients.
Support customer service efforts to help retain clients and prevent churn, switching fluidly between outreach and support as needed.
Assist in organizing and structuring internal sales processes (currently informal/unmapped).
Provide general administrative support to the sales and commercial team.
Help identify potential focus niches/verticals as the company refines its
