Schedule: Morning/Mid/Night Shift

Job description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze sales performance, revenue, margins, and customer trends to identify business opportunities and risks.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
Create sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and demand planning reports.
Monitor distributor, customer, and territory performance and recommend improvement opportunities.
Support pricing analysis, rebate programs, and promotional effectiveness.
Analyze product mix, profitability,



and customer purchasing behaviors.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to support business initiatives.
Validate sales data and maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.
Collect, validate, and analyze tracing reports received from distributors.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance presentations for management
Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Recommend process improvements and reporting automation.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, commercial analytics, or a similar analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or any CRM.
