Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive solution delivery across assigned accounts
Establish governance for production and delivery aligned to chosen delivery methods




Coordinate staffing to ensure the right competencies and seniority for each project
Architect durable solutions while providing strong technical leadership
Coordinate collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders
Cultivate and expand long-term client relationships
Handle client escalations and minimize engagement risks
Draft client proposals and statements of work
Champion adherence to EPAM methodologies, emphasizing agile practices
Maintain client accountability throughout engagements
Develop delivery schedules with time, quality, and resource estimates
Execute ongoing risk management to inform key decisions
Measure and optimize delivery performance metrics
Contribute technical and managerial expertise to sales bids
Develop delivery managers through coaching and mentorship
Participate in EPAM’s delivery management community
