The Role – Recruiter - U.S. Support
Location – Hybrid in Bogota, Colombia
Pay range - based on experience
The EXL Recruiter will provide recruitment support to the North America Banking
Capital Markets(BCM) group.
This role will focus on heavy sourcing, interview scheduling, and other areas of
recruitment admin coordination for the US BCM Recruitment Lead.
The adecuado candidate will have recent experience performing recruitment support
functions remotely within the BPO industry with experience hiring backoffice
professionals such as Call Center and Customer Support Reps.
*Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours
Monday through Friday*
