We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Accountant to join our team and support accounting operations for a U.S.-based company.
The idóneo candidate must have hands-on experience with U.S. accounting practices, strong proficiency in QuickBooks, and an advanced level of English. Previous experience working with companies in the construction industry is highly preferred.
This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in managing day-to-day accounting responsibilities within a U.S. business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Manage invoices, payments, expenses, and vendor records
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with month-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and accounting documentation
• Support payroll-related accounting processes when required
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies




• Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and team members
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
U.S. Accounting Experience: Hands-on professional experience managing accounting processes for U.S.-based companies is MANDATORY.
QuickBooks: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using QuickBooks.
Accounting Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
English: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.
Education: Degree or professional background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
