Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant
Pay Range: $5.00 – $8.00 USD per hour.
Work Type: Full-time (40 hours/week).
Schedule: Standard US Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours, with the possibility of weekend shifts as needed (advance notice provided).

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support (KPI Target): Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining a strict 2-minute SLA for response times.
Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians,



optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.
Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.
Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
