What You Will Be Doing
- Consultative Guidance & Implementation: Partner closely with clients to understand their unique financial and operational workflows, leading high-impact professional services and implementation projects (especially involving AI tools).
- Strategic Partnership: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with a diverse range of client stakeholders, from daily end-users to C-level executives,



acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a software vendor.
- Value Realization & ROI: Collaborate with clients to define clear operational goals, conducting regular business reviews to showcase progress and illustrate concrete financial returns.
- Client Onboarding & Adoption: Lead comprehensive onboarding and tailored training initiatives to accelerate platform adoption and ensure clients quickly realize strategic value.
- Proactive Engagement: Monitor usage data and operational health to proactively identify risk areas and growth opportunities, engaging early with accounts to prevent churn.
- Growth & Expansion: Strategically manage the renewal process and actively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and extended professional services within your portfolio.
