DuPont's Integral Procurement team is looking for a Logistics Analyst, based in Colombia, The Logistics Analyst ensures the efficient execution of material movement to meet customer demands and serve as the first point of contact to work with Business Supply Chains, Distribution Requirements Planner (DRP), Customer Service teams, warehouse, freight forwarders, and demand team (issue resolution, procedures, SAP material flow expertise).
Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
- Conduct periodic reviews of logistics service provider performance.
- Support business units with time-sensitive activities as needed to ensure continuity of domestic distribution services.
- Support the Contract Administrator in ensuring provider compliance with all contractual requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Manage operational issues and implement effective solutions for problem resolution.
- Coordinate vehicles for inbound and outbound transportation activities. Coordinate order fulfillment through interaction among warehouse, transportation providers, and customers.
- Monitor import cargo pickups and support export shipment dispatches. Work closely with customs brokers to ensure effective coordination of goods movement.
- Provide support to SBUs in addressing non-conformities related to logistics service providers.
