Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Bogotá D.C. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across SEO, website performance, analytics, and email marketing. This role will be responsible for driving organic growth, maintaining our websites, creating and executing email campaigns,



and tracking key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. The adecuado candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Web Performance
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
- Improve indexing, crawling, site structure, and page performance.
- Optimize landing pages for both search visibility and conversion effectiveness.

Website Management
- Manage and update company websites built on WordPress (required); experience with Expresia is a plus.
- Publish content, update layouts, and implement UX improvements.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to implement new site features.
