Overview
As a Senior Talent Finder at Acclaro, you'll lead the charge in building and evolving the talent pipelines that power our language services. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with teams across the globe to bring in top-tier talent and create an exceptional candidate experience.

and a culture ambassador. From refining workflows to mentoring team members, you’ll drive initiatives that make our hiring smarter, faster, and more human.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention
- Promote opportunities across digital platforms, crafting messaging that engages a global audience
- Drive continuous improvements across hiring workflows, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Mentor and support fellow Talent Finders, ensuring alignment with Acclaro’s standards and culture
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal resource planning and timely staffing for client demands
