Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and drive production excellence across assigned manufacturing cells. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, supervise manufacturing personnel, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, delivery,



and cost objectives are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in optimizing production flow, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting operational performance in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a people leadership position.

This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This position supports 3rd Shift operations. Candidates must be available to work the following schedule based on business needs:
3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
