Duties / Task to perform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Lead performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client presentations.
- Manage day‑to‑day account communications and operational priorities.
- Coordinate internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance across paid media, SEO, creative, web development, and digital marketing initiatives.




- Identify risks early and collaborate with delivery teams to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and account records using project management tools.
- Develop strategic account growth plans and review business opportunities with clients regularly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client services to support long‑term business growth.
- Represent the organization professionally in every client interaction.
- 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing role within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple mid‑to‑large client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Programmatic advertising (DV360), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO strategies.
