What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 3+ years of experience in Team management, and Operations management.
- You are proficient in ClickUp, Notion, GHL (GoHighLevel), and Slack.
- English – Fully fluent.
- Spanish – Fully fluent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Client Delivery: Ensure all client engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain SOPs, onboarding flows, hiring systems, and delivery processes.
- Lead and Motivate Teams: Manage internal teams and contractors, ensuring accountability and clear execution.
- Maximize Resources & Profitability: Review team capacity, pricing, and project performance to drive margin improvements.
- Refine Service Offerings: Support leadership in enhancing core
