- Support the SAP ECC rollout in Colombia and Peru, including process and data mapping, testing, training, and cutover activities.
- Ensure that process design and system usage align with business and functional strategies.
- Analyze current business processes and identify integration needs across different technology systems.
- Promote the harmonization and standardization of the IT landscape in line with the corporate IT strategy.
- Represent local business priorities and requirements to regional and corporate technology teams.
- Oversee IT project execution, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, proposed solutions, and mitigation plans.




- Ensure compliance with GxP, IT security, IT governance, data privacy, and other corporate requirements.
- Manage incidents and change requests with corporate support teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure that IT services remain reliable, available, secure, and aligned with agreed service levels.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Postgraduate studies would be considered an advantage. Additional requirements include:
- At least five years of experience across business and IT functions.
- Proven experience in business process integration, mapping, optimization, and standardization.
- Participation in at least two ERP implementations involving SAP FI-CO, SD, or MM modules.
- Previous experience with international SAP rollouts is highly desirable.
